Teach your team to automate the work nobody wants to do.

Live courses for small and medium companies on Claude, Cowork agents and generative images and video. Customer replies, reports, quotes and follow-ups: you leave with them running on your own work.

What your team stops doing by hand.

Pick a role. These are the jobs the courses teach you to hand to Claude and Cowork agents, with a person approving whatever goes out.

Customer service

  • Answering the same twenty questionsA reply drafted from your FAQ and the customer’s order, ready for someone to approve.
  • Sorting the inbox every morningUrgent, routine and spam separated before anyone opens it.
  • Chasing missing detailsThe follow-up written when a customer forgets the order number.
  • Turning complaints into a weekly reportWhat people complained about, grouped, with examples.

Customer replies, drafted before you open the inbox.

In the Cowork course you build this on your own inbox. An agent reads each new message, checks the order and your policies, and leaves a reply in your voice for a person to approve.

Nothing is sent until someone says yes.

Hi, my order #4521 hasn’t arrived and the market is on Saturday. Can you check?

Hi Ana, your order left us on Tuesday and is on its way, tracking below. If it isn’t with you by Friday at noon, we’ll send a replacement by courier at no cost, so it’s there for Saturday.

An example for the studio below. In class you build it on your own inbox.

One company's launch week, through all three courses.

A twelve-person ceramics studio has a new collection to launch on Friday. This is how the week goes once the team has taken the courses.

An example company, not a client.

Monday · Claude

Claude turns what the studio already has into a plan.

Last season's sales sheet, the supplier emails and two pages of notes go into one project. Claude reads them together and writes the launch plan, the product copy and the price list in the studio's own voice, because that voice lives in a skill the team wrote once.

  • Projects on your own files
  • Skills for your house style
  • Connectors to mail and drive
  • Research that cites its sources

Wednesday · Cowork

Cowork agents do the work, not just the talking.

It sorts and renames three hundred product photos, fills the stockist spreadsheet and drafts forty emails for a person to approve. Then it sets a task that sends the team the week's orders every Monday at nine, whether anyone's laptop is open or not.

  • Tasks on folders and files
  • Scheduled tasks in the cloud
  • Plugins for your team's work
  • Review before anything is sent

Friday · Generative

Campaign images that look like the brand, and say what they are.

The launch photos and a short video come out in the studio's own light and palette, built from references rather than luck. Every piece is labelled as AI-generated, because we work against misinformation and your marketing can too.

  • Consistency from references
  • Image and video models
  • Cost per finished piece
  • Rights and labelling

What you leave with.

Built in class, on your own accounts and your own work, so it keeps running after the last session.

  1. Automations running on your real work, not on a demo account
  2. A customer-reply agent, with a person approving what goes out
  3. A weekly report that sends itself
  4. A library of skills in your company’s voice
  5. A brand image kit for consistent, labelled visuals

Each group has twelve places. The waitlist hears first.

How the courses run.

This is the format we plan for the first groups. Dates and price go to the waitlist first.

Three courses
Claude for work, Cowork and agents, and generative images and video. Take one, or all three in order.
Live, at fixed hours
Online sessions on a set timetable, with the recordings and materials kept for you.
Open groups of up to twelve
People from several small companies in one group, small enough that everyone works rather than watches.
Your own work
Bring a real task from your company. You finish each session with it done, not with notes about it.
Advanced, without code
We assume you already use AI a little. You do not need to program.
English or Portuguese
Each group runs in one language, chosen when it opens.

We teach what we run on.

Second Attic runs a live product, is building three more and runs two research systems, with a small team. Claude, Cowork and these image models are how that is possible, every day, so the course is our working method rather than a syllabus written for clients.

Questions

Do I need to know how to program?

No. Everything in the courses is done in the Claude apps and in image and video tools, without writing code.

Which Claude plan do I need?

A paid plan. Cowork and scheduled tasks are not on the free plan. We tell you which plan fits your team before the course starts, so nobody pays for more than they use.

Is this an official Anthropic course?

No. Second Attic is independent and not affiliated with Anthropic. We teach the tools because we use them, and we tell you where they fall short.

When does it start, and how much is it?

The first dates and the price go to the waitlist before they go anywhere else. Joining the list commits you to nothing.

Can you run it for just our team?

The courses run as open groups. If you want help with your own company's setup, that is what our services are for.

We email you when the first group opens. Nothing else.
